These clauses include "costing a maximum of half a thousand credit for each capital asset acquisition plan", "two percent (2%) of the resources obtained from the sale of contraband goods and the sale of acquired property" and the allocation of one thousandth of workers' wages per month by employers. , the owners of industries and economic enterprises.

 

 One of the most important approvals and encouraging news of this meeting was the "permanence of the three clauses in the annual budget of the organization" and with this approval, there is no need for consultation to be included in the annual budget every year; The clauses that were previously discussed in various meetings, including one initial and explanatory expert committee meeting, four internal meetings with the presence of members, six expert committee meetings, two sub-committee meetings, two main committee meetings and one proposal in the government and returning for amendment, with The presence of senior officials of the Program and Budget Organization and the Technical and Vocational Training Organization was checked.

 

The resolution of the High Budget Commission will be presented in the first meeting of the government board and will be notified for implementation.

 

By implementing the three clauses, all the revenues will be calculated and applied to the organization from the first of April this year.
